Key Responsibilities

• System Design & Development: Design, build, and maintain scalable, reliable, and maintainable applications within mature and growing systems.
• Code Quality & Optimization: Continuously improve existing codebases and architectures to enhance performance, security, and long-term sustainability.
• Technical Leadership: Take responsibility for key components or services, ensuring stability, clarity, and forward-looking technical decisions.
• Collaboration: Work closely with engineers, product partners, and other stakeholders across different teams and environments.
• Problem Solving: Navigate complex technical challenges with pragmatic, scalable, and well-communicated solutions.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in software development
• Proficient in Python/Django
• Strong knowledge of system architecture, performance tuning, and secure coding practices
• Experience with cloud platforms and infrastructure design
• Demonstrated ability to lead projects and mentor others
