Senior Full Stack Developer (₱80K-₱100K | Hybrid | FREE AI Certification)

You are a technical leader and architect, driving the deployment of critical features that power global delivery. This role exists to bridge high-level product strategy with robust engineering execution—integrating AI-enabled tools into development workflows and mentoring the next generation of full-stack talent.

You lead by example, building scalable microservices while maintaining the CI/CD pipelines that ensure our deployments remain interruption-free. You're Likely a Strong Fit If You Have:

• 5+ years of full-stack development experience with a focus on PHP/Laravel, Node.js, and Vue.js/Nuxt.js.
• Expertise in Cloud Infrastructure, specifically managing and deploying within AWS environments.
• CI/CD Mastery, with a proven track record of automating pipelines to ensure rapid, high-quality releases.
• Leadership Experience, having mentored developers to uphold strict code quality and documentation standards.
• AI-Ready Mindset, with experience using AI-enabled tools to accelerate development and optimize workflows.

Technical Leadership & Architecture

You own the end-to-end delivery of critical features and ensure the scalability of our systems.

• Develop and deploy high-fidelity features for client-facing delivery.
• Implement robust, scalable systems and microservices using PHP/Laravel and Node.js.
• Automate and maintain CI/CD pipelines to ensure efficient, error-free deployments.

Mentorship & Code Quality

You act as a guardian of engineering standards, elevating the output of the entire team.

• Lead peer code reviews to maintain standard-setting quality and performance.
• Mentor fellow developers, providing consistent coaching on technical best practices.
• Ensure all technical documentation is clean, current, and audit-ready.

Innovation & AI Integration

You push the boundaries of productivity by integrating intelligent tools into the dev lifecycle.

• Integrate AI-enabled tools into structured workflows to minimize rework and manual tasks.
• Drive the adoption of AI-driven development practices across the team.
• Optimize system performance and security through proactive testing and updates.
