A Day in the Life:
Attend daily team meetings to review progress and discuss upcoming development tasks.
Design, develop, configure, test, debug, deploy, document, and maintain web service applications.
Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following established coding standards.
Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to improve code quality.
Translate business requirements into detailed technical specifications and application designs.
Perform troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and implementation of software enhancements.
Validate that solutions align approved architectural designs and defined business needs.
Mentor junior developers through technical guidance and best–practice sharing.
Continuously improve technical skills through training and professional development.
Collaborate with team members to identify and implement development best practices.
Act as a technical point of contact for clients and stakeholders, providing project updates and status reports.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Mathematics, Information Systems, or a closely related technical field ((completed or currently in progress; undergraduates welcome), with foundational skills in programming, data analysis, systems analysis, or technical problem‑solving.
3 – 5 years of professional experience as a Full Stack Developer using any Java platforms (Spring Application Framework)
Professional experience with at least one frontend framework such as React.js, Angular, Vue.js.
Experience working in Agile/Scrum development environments.
Experience designing, building, testing, and maintaining web service applications.
Experience creating and interpretating UML diagrams: use case, activity, and sequence diagrams.
Experience applying common software design patterns to solve development problems.
Experience using IDEs such as Eclipse or IntelliJ
Experience with version control systems and collaboration tools.
Experience writing unit tests using Junit, Mockito, or PowerMock
Experience working with structured data formats such as JSON and YAML.
Experience building or working with CI/CD pipelines.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience mentoring junior developers or providing technical guidance.
Experience using API documentation and measuring tools such as Swagger, Kafka, or RabbitMQ.
Experience using code quality and security scanning tools such as SonarQube, Fortify, or WebInspect.
Experience working with SOAP-based web services.
Experience using Cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
Experience identifying and mitigating common web application security vulnerabilities.
