Job Description

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Senior ServiceNow Developer to design, build, and enhance enterprise solutions on the ServiceNow platform. This role will focus on delivering secure, scalable, and high‑quality applications, collaborating closely with cross‑functional teams to translate business needs into technical solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, configure, and customize ServiceNow applications and modules
  • Build and maintain complex scripts, workflows, forms, integrations, and business rules
  • Collaborate with stakeholders and business analysts to translate requirements into technical solutions
  • Perform root cause analysis, troubleshoot platform issues, and implement preventive measures
  • Lead development and testing activities to ensure high-quality user experience
  • Participate in release planning, sprint activities, and technical design discussions
  • Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to ServiceNow and development best practices
  • Support production releases and monitor post-deployment performance
  • Organize and manage knowledge bases, record producers, and self-service portals
  • Prepare and maintain technical documentation (solution design, deployment plans, and security documentation)
  • Ensure solutions align with ITIL practices, security standards, and governance requirements
  • Continuously identify opportunities for automation and process improvement

Qualifications & Experience

  • 5+ years of hands-on experience developing and implementing solutions on the ServiceNow platform
  • Strong experience with ServiceNow application development, workflows, and integrations
  • Solid understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum or Kanban)
  • Experience delivering scalable, secure, and user-friendly solutions
  • Ability to analyze complex requirements and propose practical technical solutions

Soft Skills

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Effective communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Ability to collaborate with cross-functional and technical teams
  • Proactive mindset with eagerness to learn new ServiceNow features and best practices
  • Experience mentoring or guiding junior developers is an advantage

Work Arrangement

  • Hybrid setup (onsite presence required a few days per week)
  • Contract role with potential for extension based on performance and project needs
  • Work Schedule: Day shift
  • Contract Type: Contract / Project‑based (with possible extension)
