Overview
A prominent organization is seeking a highly skilled
Senior SAP HCM Functional Consultant to manage and optimize their Human Capital Management systems. This role is central to aligning business processes with technical execution, focusing on delivering high-quality SAP solutions that support the organization's workforce management and payroll functions.
Key Responsibilities
- Process Optimization & Innovation: Proactively detect system gaps and design, propose, and execute effective technical or procedural solutions.
- Business Analysis: Collaborate with stakeholders to interpret complex user needs and translate them into detailed functional design specifications.
- System Maintenance & Enhancement: Oversee end-to-end system configuration, implementing enhancements and resolving technical fixes as required.
- Technical Documentation: Produce and maintain essential project documentation, including configuration guides, High-Level Design (HLD) specifications, and Requirements Traceability Matrices (RTM).
- Quality Assurance: Develop and lead comprehensive testing strategies, ensuring the integrity of solutions through detailed test plans and rigorous execution.
- Deployment & Support: Facilitate smooth go-live transitions by providing expert implementation support and efficient resolution of post-deployment defects.
Candidate Requirements
- Professional Experience: A minimum of 6 years of hands-on experience working as an SAP HCM (HR) Functional Consultant.
- Core Specialization: Deep technical and functional expertise in the SAP Payroll (PY) module is a mandatory requirement.
- Advanced Platforms: Previous experience working with S/4HANA is considered a significant advantage.
- Documentation Skills: Proficiency in creating structured manuals and technical design documents.
