Role Overview:
We are looking for experienced Workday Application Engineers across multiple domains including Compensation & Benefits, Payroll, and Security.
The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience in Workday modules, integrations, and support within Agile environments.
Key Responsibilities:
• Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in Workday modules (Compensation, Payroll, Security, HCM, etc.)
• Configure, customize, and support Workday applications and integrations
• Work closely with HR, IT, and business stakeholders to gather and translate requirements
• Support end-to-end SDLC including configuration, testing, deployment, and post-production support
• Troubleshoot production issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement solutions
• Monitor integrations, data loads, and system performance
• Participate in Agile/DevOps teams and continuous improvement initiatives
• Maintain documentation and ensure compliance with security and data governance standards
Required Skills & Qualifications:
• 5+ years of experience in Workday Application Engineering or similar roles
