Essential Job Functions: Design, develop, and implement comprehensive technical solutions to meet client needs, ensuring alignment with industry best practices and standards. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize project requirements, and develop strategic plans to achieve project goals. Provide technical leadership and expertise to guide the development and implementation of technical solutions, and ensure that all solutions are properly tested and validated. Develop and maintain technical documentation, including architecture diagrams, technical specifications, and implementation plans. Collaborate with clients to understand their technical requirements and develop solutions that meet their needs. Basic Qualifications:

  • Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Typically, 8 years of relevant work experience in the IT industry, with a minimum of 5 years in a similar technical architecture role
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively within a team, including experience with collaborative development methodologies and version control systems Other Qualifications:
  • Expert-level certification in ServiceNow IT Operations Management (ITOM) - Discovery, with a strong understanding of IT service management principles and practices
  • Strong knowledge of IT architecture, design patterns, and industry trends, with experience in designing and implementing large-scale IT systems
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical information to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Experience with technical architecture, solution design, and implementation, with a strong understanding of cloud-based technologies and IT service management principles
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a strong focus on delivering high-quality results and meeting project deadlines.
