Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled SAP RE-FX (Flexible Real Estate Management) Consultant. The ideal candidate will have in-depth knowledge of RE-FX processes including lease-in, lease-out, contract management, real estate objects, and IFRS 16 compliance. You will be responsible for solution design, configuration, implementation, testing, and support of SAP RE-FX functionality in accordance with business requirements.

Location: Manila
Start date: January 2026
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into SAP RE-FX functional specifications
- Configure SAP RE-FX module including real estate objects, contracts, valuation rules, condition adjustments, and integration with FI/AA
- Implement and support IFRS 16 / ASC 842 lease accounting processes
- Collaborate with finance and real estate teams to support both lease-in and lease-out scenarios
- Perform unit testing, integration testing, and assist with UAT and training
- Develop documentation such as functional specs, configuration guides, and test scripts
- Work with ABAP developers for custom enhancements
- Provide post-implementation support and troubleshooting
Required Skills:
- Minimum 5 years of SAP RE-FX functional experience
- Strong hands-on configuration knowledge of RE-FX components:
- Contract management
- Real estate object hierarchy
- Condition types and rules
- Valuation and posting processes
- Experience in IFRS 16/ASC 842 compliance configuration
- Integration knowledge with FI/CO, Asset Accounting (FI-AA), MM
- Ability to understand ABAP code is a plus
- Excellent documentation, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills
