Key Responsibilities:
Technical Responsibilities:
- Configure and customize SAP RE-FX modules (Lease Management, Contract Management, Property Management)
- Manage master data setup, including contracts, properties, and lease conditions
- Perform system testing, issue debugging, and solution validation
- Support enhancements, patches, and post-go-live system adjustments
- Collaborate with ABAP / technical teams for interfaces, custom reports, and data migrations
- Ensure data accuracy, system performance, and process compliance
Functional Responsibilities:
- Understand real estate and lease accounting processes and translate into system configuration
- Conduct workshops and support UAT
- Assist business users with process flows, solution adoption, and issue resolution
- Provide recommendations for system optimizations and best practices
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 5+ years of hands-on SAP RE-FX experience
- Strong technical knowledge in RE-FX configuration and master data setup
- Functional understanding of lease-in, lease-out, and property management processes
- Experience with enhancements, reporting, and interface handling
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills
