Description
As a Senior Salesforce Developer, you'll be an integral part of our close-knit engineering team. You'll develop exciting products that change the way our clients work and be responsible for building and maintaining robust, scalable solutions across the entire Salesforce platform.
This is a full-time, fully remote role for an experienced developer proficient in developing custom Salesforce applications, integrations and APIs using declarative and programmatic platform features.
You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements then design and implement solutions that meet those requirements. You'll contribute to technical design sessions and assist in key internal functions involving client and staff development, training, and on-going client support.
Responsibilities
- Lead the design, development, and implementation of customised Salesforce solutions, ensuring high performance and scalability.
- .erve as a subject matter expert on Salesforce development, providing guidance and mentorship to other members of the development team
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including business analysts, project managers and architects to translate business requirements into scalable and efficient technical solutions.
- Conduct regular code reviews, ensuring best practices, coding standards, and security guidelines are met.
- Stay ahead of the latest Salesforce trends and technologies, recommending and implementing improvements to enhance system performance.
Qualifications
- 5 + years of experience of custom development with the Salesforce platform, including web services (REST/SOAP), Apex, SOQL etc
- Experience with Salesforce Lightning Web Components, Aura, JavaScript, HTML5, CSS, SLDS etc.
- Experienced with Apex with solid understanding of coding patterns, frameworks and best practices
- Strong understanding of Salesforce configuration, including Agentforce, Flow automation, data modelling, validation and security
- Experience with Source Control – i.e., GIT / SVN
- Knowledge of DevOps & pipeline deployment (CI /CD)
- Experience with AI-assisted development tools and workflows
- Solid understand of Agile methodologies and working practices
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Client/end-user facing experience
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field
