• Contract: 12 months (renewable)

What You'll Do

As a Senior Salesforce Developer, you will be part of an Agile development team responsible for developing, maintaining, and supporting Salesforce applications.

Your key responsibilities include:

• Design, develop, test, and deploy scalable Salesforce solutions across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Marketing Cloud, ensuring Lightning-ready and high-quality deliverables.
• Lead the technical implementation of complex user stories, change requests, and integrations within Agile Sprint releases, including effort estimation and solution design.
• Develop clean, maintainable, secure, and scalable Apex, Lightning, and web service solutions, achieving a minimum of 85-90% test coverage and complying with the client's development standards.
• Build and maintain integrations using REST, SOAP, WSDL, SSL, custom web services, and API-based architectures while supporting automated deployments through Bitbucket and Jenkins.
• Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve production issues, defects, and performance bottlenecks with minimal business disruption and optimal system reliability.
• Collaborate with product owners, process experts, and cross-functional stakeholders to identify process improvements and translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Mentor junior and mid-level CRM developers through technical coaching, code reviews, knowledge-sharing sessions, and continuous improvement initiatives.

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree in a related field
• At least 5 years of relevant experience
• Strong technical and functional knowledge of Salesforce
• Hands-on experience with Apex and Lightning Web Components (LWC)
• Solid understanding of coding and development practices
• Experience working in an Agile environment is a plus
