  • Manage, mentor, and direct the daily activities of the Business Development (BD) and Sales team members.
  • Track team performance metrics closely, providing timely, constructive feedback to foster continuous improvement.
  • Keep direct reports strictly accountable to their daily deliverables, client follow-ups, and CRM data entry tasks.
  • Establish clear sales processes, expectations, and performance standards to build a highly self-sufficient sales engine.

Production Coordination

Cross-Functional Marketing Collaboration

  • Actively participate in day-to-day marketing initiatives in collaboration with the current internal team.
  • Support the execution of marketing tasks (e.g., email campaigns, LinkedIn outreach, conference material updates) as a secondary function to help align marketing efforts with the overarching sales strategy.

Qualifications

Required:

  • Bachelors Degree (in Business, Marketing, or Accounting is a plus) 5+ years of pure B2B sales experience, specifically managing a full sales lifecycle.
  • Proven experience leading client-facing scoping discussions, negotiating, and closing deals.
