Role Description

This is a contract, on-site role for a Senior Sales Manager at Megaworld Corporation, located in General Trias. The individual will lead and manage a sales team to achieve revenue goals, build and maintain strong client relationships, and oversee sales operations and strategies. Daily tasks include setting sales targets, monitoring team performance, creating sales reports, and identifying new market opportunities. The role also involves collaborating with marketing teams and ensuring excellent customer service to meet client needs effectively.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in Sales Management and Team Leadership
  • Expertise in Sales Strategies, Market Analysis, and Client Relationship Management
  • Strong Communication, Negotiation, and Presentation Skills
  • Proficiency in Sales Planning, Goal Setting, and Performance Monitoring
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • Ability to work on-site full-time at the General Trias location
  • Proficiency in using CRM tools and sales software
  • Energetic, self-motivated, and capable of leading a results-oriented team
