Job Summary

The Senior Sales Manager will play a critical role in expanding Island Credit Solutions customer base and strengthening its presence as a leading CIC-accredited bureau and alternative data provider in the Philippine
s.This role focuses on acquiring new financial institutions, fintechs, lenders, and enterprise clients to drive adoption of ICS's Credit Bureau products (Essential Credit Report, Premium Credit Report, PhilScore, PhilRisk AI, eKYC Registry API) while also leading partnership acquisition efforts for CreditMo, ICS's upcoming consumer and MSME credit marketplac
e.
The Senior Sales Manager will work closely with the Product, Partnerships, and Operations teams to execute ICS's growth strategy and deliver revenue targe
ts.

Key Responsibili
ties:
1. New Customer Acquisition (Credit Bureau Pro
ducts) Drive end-to-end sales for ICS's Credit Bureau and Data solutions across banks, rural banks, cooperatives, MFIs, fintech lenders, and enterprise acc
ounts. Conduct discovery meetings, product demos, and value-based selling to highlight CIC-based bureau solutions, PhilScore, and risk anal
ytics. Build and manage a strong sales pipeline to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual acquisition ta
rgets. Coordinate contract execution, onboarding, UAT, and go-live activities in collaboration with internal
teams. Maintain strong relationships with decision-makers including CEOs, CROs, CIOs, Credit Heads, Risk Officers, and Product
Teams.
2. Partnership Development for C
reditMo Identify, acquire, and negotiate partnership opportunities with lenders, fintechs, aggregators, and ecosystem pa
rtners. Secure participation of partner institutions in the CreditMo marketplace (e.g., lending partners, payment partners, verification par
tners). Collaborate with the Partnerships and Product Teams to structure commercial terms, incentives, and integration tim
elines.
3. Market Intelligence & Strategy E
xecution Analyze market trends, competitor offerings, pricing benchmarks, and product gaps relevant to credit scoring, bureau data, fraud solutions, a
nd eKYC. Provide regular feedback to management regarding customer needs and product enhancement opport
unities. Support ICS participation in industry events (RBAP, CCAP, Fintech Alliance, etc.) as part of sales o
utreach.
4. Sales Reporting & G
overnance Maintain accurate CRM records of leads, opportunities, activities, and f
orecasts. Prepare weekly and monthly sales updates for senior ma
nagement. Uphold compliance with ICS internal policies, CIC regulations, client NDAs, onboarding requirements, and data privacy gu
idelines.
