The Senior Sales Manager at FreakOut Philippines is responsible for driving revenue growth and expanding sales within the company's network products, aligned with our sales strategy. This role ensures that client needs are met efficiently and effectively, while fostering strong relationships and delivering value. The Senior Sales Manager must possess a deep understanding of the technology and processes that underpin the company's network products and sales strategy, as well as the benefits to advertisers leveraging these technologies.
The individual in this role will manage key relationships with advertisers, media agencies, DSPs, buyers/trading desks, internal teams, and other stakeholders involved in display media and audience-buying. Collaboration with the Ad Operations will be critical to positioning and selling FreakOut Philippines display advertising solutions. A solid understanding of digital display advertising, ad networks, DSPs, SSPs, RTB, programmatic advertising, and AI-driven contextual concepts is essential.
The Senior Sales Manager is expected to drive business growth by cultivating relationships with existing and potential clients, strategizing for new revenue streams, and keeping pace with the evolving media landscape. Drawing from extensive industry experience, this individual will set and achieve short- and long-term sales goals, while assessing the effectiveness of current sales programs.
This position reports directly to the Head of Sales.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop a deep understanding of FreakOut Philippines brand, products, services, and technology to effectively communicate their value to both current and prospective advertisers.
- Present and position FreakOut Philippines display advertising offerings as highly marketable, adjusting presentations to meet client needs.
- Manage, service, and grow new and existing client accounts through effective planning and organization.
- Ensure seamless execution of agreements with advertisers, maintaining a high standard of professionalism and precision.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance data, identifying growth opportunities and making recommendations for optimization.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with advertisers, agency partners, and internal teams.
- Leverage the company's tools and technologies to conceptualize new products, streamline buying processes, and generate efficiencies.
- Stay well-versed in digital advertising market developments to identify new business opportunities.
- Drive the identification of new revenue streams by exploring innovative sales models, new partnerships, and favorable business negotiations.
- Work closely with internal Ad Operations teams to execute campaigns and onboard new clients, troubleshooting existing campaigns as needed.
- Source and secure new campaigns and clients by aligning FreakOut Philippines technology with appropriate advertiser needs and expectations.
- Continuously strive to exceed monthly revenue targets and contribute to the company's overall growth.
- Ensure timely invoicing of earned revenue and facilitate prompt payment collection.
- Perform any other duties as assigned by the Head of Sales.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in digital advertising sales, with a solid understanding of ad networks and advertising agencies.
- 3-5 years of experience in a Senior Sales Manager role or equivalent position.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to quickly assimilate technical information and deliver creative, effective advertising solutions.
- Exceptional presentation skills, with a high level of numeracy and the ability to meet and exceed revenue goals.
- Ability to manage multiple client accounts, earning their trust and respect while maintaining strong relationships.
