Job Description

This role is designed for a dynamic and results-driven professional who is passionate about shaping the Financial Services landscape in the Philippines.

The position focuses on driving business growth by managing sales opportunities across Banks, Fintech companies, and other payment-related organizations. The successful candidate will leverage a strong network of industry contacts to develop innovative strategies and solutions that address customer pain points in money movement and payment processes. By delivering tailored solutions, this role aims to create meaningful impact and foster long-term partnerships within the financial ecosystem.

The role would require interface with multiple stakeholders within Euronet across Product, Pre-Sales, Finance, Legal, Business Finance, technology across APAC.

The indicative role and responsibilities would be as follows:

  1. Establish overall sales & business development strategy for identified accounts in the Philippines.
  2. Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, process and ensure business delivery & profitability.
  3. Responsible for generating revenues through new customer acquisition and positioning Euronet enterprise payment solutions.
  4. Identify new sales opportunities within existing accounts to remain a client-account manager relationship by up-selling and cross-selling.
  5. Present company capabilities, products and services to account key stake holders
  6. Advise customers about service delivery, including maintenance agreements and SLA's.
  7. Maintain and track competition in the country.
  8. Diligently carry the account planning process for all accounts

Knowledge & Competencies:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or any related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in Sales/Business Development in following areas: ATM switches, Real Time Payments, Payment Gateways, Card Management Services Products, Outsourcing Services, Other Retail Payment Technology Solutions
  • At least 5 years of successful experience in Sales and account management leadership preferably in top payments organization.
  • Experience in enterprise selling / solution selling in high growth environment and ability in closing deals with midsize and large companies.
  • Have consistently achieved 90-100 % quota.
