Position: Senior Sales Executive (Medical Devices) – LTO Qualified

Location: Robinsons Equitable Tower, Pasig City, Metro Manila, Philippines

Employment Type: Full-time

Role Overview

The Senior Sales Executive (Medical Devices) is responsible for driving sales growth, managing key customer relationships, and supporting regulatory compliance for the company's medical device business. This role requires a balance of strong commercial capability and regulatory understanding within a highly regulated healthcare environment.

The position will also support, or act as, the Responsible Person under the License to Operate (LTO) issued by the Food and Drug Administration, ensuring full compliance with applicable regulations and standards.

Key Responsibilities

1. Sales & Business Development

  • Manage and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to ensure satisfaction and long-term retention
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities to expand market presence and achieve sales targets
  • Execute sales strategies and contribute to revenue growth within the medical device segment
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify opportunities and potential risks

2. Account Management & Customer Support

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for key clients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner
  • Coordinate with internal teams (Regulatory, Operations, Logistics) to ensure smooth order processing and delivery
  • Maintain high standards of customer service and satisfaction through effective communication

3. Reporting & Performance Tracking

  • Prepare and submit regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance updates to management
  • Monitor sales performance against targets and recommend improvement actions where necessary

4. Regulatory & Compliance (LTO Requirement)

  • Support and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements under the Food and Drug Administration
  • Assist in the preparation, submission, and maintenance of regulatory documentation for medical devices
  • Coordinate with regulatory authorities for product registration, inspections, and compliance-related matters
  • Act as, or support, the Qualified/Responsible Person for the company's License to Operate (LTO)
  • Ensure adherence to all applicable healthcare regulations and company policies
  • Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by management

Key Accountabilities

  • Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to overall business growth
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships
  • Ensure full compliance with regulatory and LTO requirements
  • Facilitate effective coordination between sales and internal departments

Qualifications & Experience

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Nursing, Biomedical Sciences, or a related healthcare field
  • Experience: Minimum 0-3 years of experience in Sales, preferably within the Medical Device industry
  • Experience working with regulatory bodies such as the Food and Drug Administration is an advantage
  • Experience or capability to act as a Responsible Person under LTO is highly preferred

LTO Qualification Requirements

  • Must be a licensed professional registered with the Professional Regulation Commission
  • Valid PRC license in a relevant healthcare field (e.g., Pharmacist, Nurse, Medical Technologist, etc.)
  • Demonstrated technical competence in regulatory compliance, supported by education, training, or relevant experience
  • Ability to liaise with regulatory authorities and ensure compliance with FDA requirements

  • Basic knowledge of healthcare and medical device regulations
  • Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and sales reporting tools

  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
  • Willingness to travel as required
