What You'll Do:

Handle a high volume of inbound calls using multiple company tools and software.

Analyze each customer situation thoroughly to retain business, not just offer refunds or cancellations.

Use problem-solving and product knowledge to guide customers through solutions based on clear understanding of company policies.

Engage in active listening, demonstrate empathy, and set clear, honest expectations to ensure each customer feels heard and supported.

Follow interactive call scripts with precision while adapting to individual customer needs.

Calmly and professionally manage escalated or emotional customer interactions, aiming to defuse and resolve.

Accurately log call details, customer interactions, and resolutions using CRM software.

Participate in ongoing training to deepen your understanding of products, services, and customer retention strategies.

What You Bring:

- High School Diploma or equivalent.

- 2+ years of active experience in a Call Center/Retention Call Center.

- Advanced English. ( Mandatory )

- Understanding of advanced clarity in communication. (Empathy, Listening Capacity, Patience)

- Advanced Problem Solving.

- Technical Proficiency and Understanding in Products/Services.

- Proficiency with computers, especially with CRM software, and strong typing skills.

-High Speed Internet with Ethernet Cable is Required. 50mbps+ speed is required

- Laptop/Desktop. *Preferred with two screens total*. A headset is required.
