The Opportunity

We're seeking an exceptional Senior Sales Executive to drive revenue growth and establish Adomo as the leading enterprise AI orchestration platform. Starting as an individual contributor, you'll own the entire sales lifecycle for high-value enterprise accounts, with a clear path to building and leading our sales organization as we scale.

This is a contract-to-hire position with a 6-month contract term, offering the right candidate an opportunity to prove their impact before transitioning to a permanent leadership role.

What You'll Do

Sales Execution
  • Own and execute the complete sales lifecycle from prospecting through close for enterprise accounts
  • Develop and execute strategic account plans for target Fortune 1000 prospects
  • Conduct consultative discovery sessions to understand complex business process challenges
  • Orchestrate proof-of-concept engagements and enterprise pilot programs
  • Navigate complex buying organizations including C-suite, IT, Operations, and Procurement
  • Negotiate enterprise contracts and navigate complex procurement processes

Sales Operations & Strategy
  • Own and maintain CRM hygiene, pipeline accuracy, and forecasting in our CRM system
  • Develop and execute the quarterly and annual sales plan aligned with revenue targets
  • Build repeatable sales playbooks, methodologies, and enablement materials
  • Establish metrics, KPIs, and reporting frameworks to drive accountability
  • Create and refine sales collateral, proposals, and presentation materials
  • Collaborate with Product and Customer Success on feedback loops and go-to-market strategies
Strategic Partnerships
  • Identify and develop strategic channel partnerships with consultancies, system integrators, and technology partners
  • Work with partners like Big 4 consulting firms to deliver AI transformation services
  • Build relationships within key target verticals (Energy, Financial Services, Healthcare, etc.)
Future Leadership
  • As we scale, transition into leading and building a high-performing sales organization
  • Hire, develop, and mentor future sales team members
  • Define sales culture, processes, and best practices
What You Bring
Required Experience
  • 5+ years of enterprise software/SaaS sales experience with proven track record of exceeding quotas
  • Consistent achievement of $3M+ annual quota in complex, long-cycle B2B sales
  • Deep understanding of enterprise sales cycles (6-18 months) and complex procurement processes
  • Expertise in consultative/solution selling methodologies (MEDDPICC, Challenger, etc.)
  • Strong track record of new logo acquisition in greenfield territories
  • Experience with CRM platforms and sales analytics tools
Preferred Experience
  • Background in AI, automation, or enterprise software solutions
  • Experience selling to C-level executives and business decision-makers (not just IT)
  • Understanding of business process outsourcing (BPO) or automation markets
  • Previous experience in startup or high-growth environments
  • Track record of building sales processes from ground up
  • Experience working with channel partners and strategic alliances

  • Build qualified pipeline of enterprise opportunities
  • Close or advance 2-3 opportunities through sales stages
  • Establish foundational CRM processes and pipeline reporting

  • Generate qualified pipeline
  • Close new bookings
  • Establish strategic relationships with potential channel partners
  • Create sales playbook and documented best practices
  • Demonstrate ability to lead and scale the function
