ABOUT THE ROLE:
As an RPA (Robotic Process Automation) Engineer, you will be responsible for developing and deploying automation solutions that improve business processes and increase efficiency. You will work with a team of experienced RPA Engineers to design and develop automated workflows, document processes, and test and deploy automations.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Design, develop, test, and deploy automated workflows using UiPath as a development tool
- Document business processes and automation workflows
- Troubleshoot issues with existing automations and provide support to end-users
- Work with stakeholders to identify areas for process improvement and automation
- Continuously learn and stay up to date with RPA technology and industry trends
- Broad understanding of software engineering principles including ability to discern whether RPA is the best approach to solve a particular problem
- Experience working within agile frameworks such as kanban or scrum
- Experience with Microsoft Azure DevOps including:
- Creating and maintaining pipelines to deploy UiPath solutions
- Git repositories, branching, and pull requests
- Backlog, backlog items/user stories, and boards
QUALIFICATIONS / EXPERIENCE :
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and tools
- 3-5 years of experience in RPA
- Experience and proficiency in UiPath is a must
- Should have a strong foundation in programming and a desire to learn and grow in the field of RPA
