RPA Engineer (UiPath)

About the Role
We're looking for an experienced RPA Engineer (UiPath) to join our growing technology team. In this role, you'll design, build, and deploy intelligent automation solutions that streamline business processes, improve operational efficiency, and deliver measurable business value.
You'll collaborate with business stakeholders, developers, and cross-functional teams to identify automation opportunities, develop scalable UiPath solutions, and support the full automation lifecycle—from requirements gathering and solution design to deployment and production support. What You'll Do
- Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain scalable automation solutions using UiPath.
- Analyze business processes and identify opportunities where automation can improve efficiency and accuracy.
- Determine whether RPA is the most appropriate solution based on software engineering principles and business requirements.
- Create clear technical and process documentation for automation workflows and business processes.
- Troubleshoot, optimize, and provide ongoing support for existing UiPath automations.
- Collaborate with business users and stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical automation solutions.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, stand-ups, backlog refinement, and retrospectives.
- Utilize Microsoft Azure DevOps for source control, work item management, and deployment activities.
- Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines for UiPath deployments.
- Manage Git repositories, branching strategies, code reviews, and pull requests.
- Continuously improve automation standards, coding practices, and development processes.
- Stay current with emerging RPA technologies, UiPath platform enhancements, and automation best practices.
What We're Looking For
- 3–5 years of hands-on experience developing Robotic Process Automation (RPA) solutions.
- Strong proficiency with UiPath (required).
- Experience designing, developing, testing, and deploying enterprise-grade UiPath automations.
- Solid understanding of software engineering principles and object-oriented programming concepts.
- Experience with Microsoft Azure DevOps, including:
- CI/CD pipeline creation and maintenance
- Git repositories
- Branching strategies
- Pull Requests
- Azure DevOps Boards
- Backlogs and User Stories
- Experience working within Agile environments such as Scrum or Kanban.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience documenting technical solutions and business processes.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Self-motivated with a continuous learning mindset and passion for automation technologies.
Nice to Have
- Experience with API integrations and web services.
- Knowledge of SQL or relational databases.
- Experience working with enterprise applications such as ERP or CRM platforms.
- Familiarity with UiPath Orchestrator, REFramework, and automation best practices.
- Exposure to cloud platforms or DevOps practices beyond Azure DevOps.
