Position Title: Senior RPA Engineer (UiPath)

  1. DETAILS OF DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  1. ABOUT THE ROLE
As an RPA (Robotic Process Automation) Engineer, you will be responsible for developing and deploying automation solutions that improve business processes and increase efficiency. You will work with a team of experienced RPA Engineers to design and develop automated workflows, document processes, and test and deploy automations.
  1. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Design, develop, test, and deploy automated workflows using UiPath as a development tool
  • Document business processes and automation workflows
  • Troubleshoot issues with existing automations and provide support to end-users
  • Work with stakeholders to identify areas for process improvement and automation
  • Continuously learn and stay up to date with RPA technology and industry trends
  • Broad understanding of software engineering principles including ability to discern whether RPA is the best approach to solve a particular problem
  • Experience working within agile frameworks such as kanban or scrum
  • Experience with Microsoft Azure DevOps including:
  • Creating and maintaining pipelines to deploy UiPath solutions
  • Git repositories, branching, and pull requests
  • Backlog, backlog items/user stories, and boards


  1. QUALIFICATION STANDARDS
    1. QUALIFICATIONS / EXPERIENCE:
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Good communication and teamwork skills
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and tools
  • 3-5 years of experience in RPA
  • Experience and proficiency in UiPath is a must
  • Should have a strong foundation in programming and a desire to learn and grow in the field of RPA
