Responsibilities:
- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for different portfolios, from sourcing to offer negotiation, ensuring a positive candidate experience for candidates and hiring managers
- Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and provide strategic talent acquisition solutions
- Develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies to attract top talents through various channels
- Conduct initial phone screenings, interview coordination and offer management
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for critical roles and future hiring needs
- Conceptualise, drive and evaluate talent recruitment-related initiatives that will contribute to long-term improvements in team's objectives, productivity and development
- Leverage recruitment data and market insights to advise stakeholders
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in any relevant field with minimum 4 years of relevant recruitment work experience
- Passion for people, organisational, and cultural transformation
- Strong ability to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels
- Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills
- Highly adaptable and motivated self-starter with independent decision-making abilities and excellent problem-solving skills
- Team player and resourceful with a positive can-do attitude
