About the Role
Outsource Recruiter is looking for an experienced Senior Recruiter with a strong background in staffing agencies, capable of managing multiple requisitions simultaneously across both boutique and high-volume hiring.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, client-facing environment and can balance quality and speed while delivering top-tier talent.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment across multiple client accounts and requisitions
- Handle both boutique (specialized/niche) and volume hiring requirements
- Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs
- Source candidates through job boards, databases, and direct outreach
- Conduct screenings and assessments
- Maintain candidate records in Manatal CRM
- Coordinate interviews and manage candidate communication
- Track recruitment pipelines and tasks using Asana
- Ensure a positive and professional candidate experience
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of recruitment experience, preferably in a staffing agency environment
- Proven experience handling multiple requisitions simultaneously
- Strong background in both niche/boutique and high-volume hiring
- Ability to source hard-to-find and specialized talent
- Experience using Manatal or other recruitment systems
- Excellent communication, organization, and time-management skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-demand environment
Preferred Skills
- Experience recruiting for remote or outsourced roles serving US and Canadian clients.
