The Role
We're looking for a highly organized, proactive
Executive Operations Coordinator to act as a central operator across both business and personal priorities.
This role is not traditional admin support. You will own visibility, follow-through, and day-to-day execution across multiple areas of the business. Your job is to keep things moving, ensure priorities stay on track, and bring structure to a fast-moving environment.
You will work closely with the executive and act as a trusted partner who helps create clarity, accountability, and momentum across teams.
Location: Must be in Colombia – Remote.
Environment: Colombian and International Teams.
Language: Advanced English (B2+ - C1).
Timezone: Monday to Friday – 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM MST.
Contract: Non-fixed Term Colombian Contract.

Education
- Bachelor's degree preferred in business, operations, communications, or a related field

Responsibilities
Executive Support & Coordination
- Manage a fully integrated business and personal calendar, prepare meetings, and ensure each day is structured and intentional.
Project Tracking & Follow-Through
- Track initiatives across departments, follow up with team members, and ensure execution stays on track.
KPI Visibility & Reporting Support
- Maintain dashboards and ensure key data is organized and accessible. Focus is on visibility and accuracy.
Systems & Organization
- Improve how information, files, and workflows are structured across the business.
Digital Asset Management
- Organize and maintain photos, videos, and marketing assets with strong attention to detail.
Operational Execution Support
- Take ownership of tasks and help move marketing and operational initiatives forward.
