The Senior Recruitment Specialist drives the talent acquisition strategy for both high-volume BPO requirements and niche leadership positions. This role is responsible for the entire hiring lifecycle, ensuring the organization remains competitive in the Philippine talent market while adhering to global standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Talent Pipeline Management: Build and maintain active pools for recurring BPO roles and specialized Australian Mortgage vacancies.
Consultative Partnership: Partner with department heads to define role requirements and deliver regular progress reports on the hiring funnel.
Process Optimization: Streamline recruitment methodologies to improve Time-to-Hire and Quality-of-Hire metrics.
Compliance & Reporting: Maintain accurate records within the HRIS and ensure all hiring practices align with local labor regulations.
Requirements:
3-5 years of solid recruitment experience (BPO niche hiring preferred).
Specific Expertise: Proven track record in sourcing for Australian Mortgage roles is a significant advantage.
Advanced proficiency in ATS platforms and multi-channel sourcing (LinkedIn, Social Media, Headhunting).
