Job Description

Salary Package: 165,000 base pay + 6,900 allowances

Work Schedule: Rotating Shifts

Work Arrangement: Onsite

Location: Apas, Cebu City

We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Senior Quality Manager to lead and strengthen our Quality Assurance and Compliance operations. This role is responsible for developing quality strategies, ensuring adherence to standards, and driving continuous improvement across teams through effective leadership and strong analytical insights.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the organizations Quality Assurance operations, ensuring alignment with company goals and industry standards.
  • Develop, implement, and continuously improve quality management systems, processes, policies, and scorecards.
  • Oversee QA compliance initiatives, definition documents, and scoring guidelines to maintain accuracy, fairness, and operational excellence.
  • Manage, mentor, and coach Quality Supervisors, Team Leads, and QA Specialists to ensure high performance and consistent quality output.
  • Collaborate with operations, training, and other cross-functional teams to address process gaps, elevate performance, and drive customer satisfaction.
  • Analyze large datasets and quality metrics to identify trends, root causes, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Present quality performance reports and insights to leadership teams, translating data into actionable strategies.
  • Lead internal audits and support external audits to ensure adherence to regulatory and contractual requirements.
  • Establish and monitor KPIs, ensuring continuous improvement in quality performance and compliance standards.
  • Foster a culture of quality, accountability, and operational excellence across the organization.

Qualifications

  • Bachelors/College Degree in any field.
  • At least 8 years of experience in a Quality Management role.
  • Minimum of 3 years in a supervisory or managerial capacity, handling QA teams and cross-functional coordination.
  • Expertise in Quality Assurance and Compliance processes, including creation and governance of definition documents and scoring guidelines.
  • Strong analytical thinking with the ability to interpret data, identify insights, and tell a compelling story through metrics.
  • Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, rotating-shift environment.
