Your bite-size role:
Power 4 All, Inc. is currently looking for a Senior Project Manager to join our team. You will be responsible for organizing, carrying out, and finishing projects within set spending limits and stringent timelines. Obtaining resources and coordinating team members and outside contractors or consultants work are included in order to complete projects on schedule. Together with setting the project's goals, the senior project manager will also be in charge of quality control.
The ideal candidate should exhibit high standards in communication to partners and clients being an ambassador of Power 4 All. With a strong ability to initiate and deliver committed tasks ensuring utmost success in this multifaceted role.
Your role have a wide range of responsibilities:
- Create and maintain project plans, including timetables, spending plans, and resource allocation.
- Establish the project's goals and be in charge of quality control all along the way.
- Monitor the project's scope, hazards, and issues, and make any necessary corrections.
- Organize project teams to complete projects successfully.
- Make sure that projects are completed on schedule, on budget, and within the specified scope.
- Ensure project requirements are satisfied by coordinating with vendors and stakeholders.
- Update stakeholders on the status of the project frequently.
- Create and keep track of project documents, such as plans, budgets, risk analyses, and reports.
- Determine project-related hazards and take steps to reduce them.
- Keep track of and report on project progress in relation to project goals, timelines, and budgets.
- Create and keep track of project performance metrics.
- Conflicts that occur during the project life cycle should be managed and resolved.
- Make sure the project's outputs meet or exceed stakeholder expectations.
- Coach and mentor junior project managers and project team members.
Who we need for high-performance team:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in project management, preferably in a related industry or field.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to effectively manage and mentor project team members.
- Extensive knowledge of project management methodologies, tools, and techniques, including Agile, Waterfall, and PMBOK.
- Strong technical skills, with experience in project planning, scheduling, and budgeting.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and address project issues.
- Experience with project management software, such as Microsoft Project or similar tools.
