You own the execution engine for GoTeam's internal initiatives. You are not a coordinator or a facilitator; you are the high-authority operator responsible for converting strategic vision into measurable results. You eliminate the messy middle of cross-functional projects by enforcing disciplined Agile ceremonies, identifying dependencies before they become delays, and ensuring that every internal resource is aligned with the company's scaling roadmap.

This is an internal leadership role that exists to drive operational excellence across all GoTeam departments. Best suited for professionals who prefer hands-on ownership, possess the professional assertiveness to hold leaders accountable to deadlines, and thrive in an environment where execution is the primary measure of success.

You're Likely a Strong Fit If You Have:

• 510+ years of project management experience, preferably leading cross-functional initiatives
• Proven ability to manage complex, multi-team projects with predictable delivery and measurable outcomes
• Hands-on experience with Agile/Scrum ceremonies and standardized project governance
• Comfortable in a hybrid setup (onsite in Cebu with planned WFH days)
• Strong leadership presence to enforce processes, maintain clarity, and proactively manage dependencies
• Experience integrating AI-enabled tools to support project execution efficiency
• Structured, disciplined, and execution-focused mindset, avoiding reactive firefighting

Strong Signals

• PMP, Prince2, or advanced Scrum Master certifications.
• Experience in a BPO or technology-driven global operations partner.
• Hands-on experience integrating AI-enabled tools (e.g., automated tracking, predictive analytics) into project workflows.

Responsibility Pillars

Project Governance & Execution

You own the integrity of the project roadmap, ensuring every initiative is delivered on time, within scope, and at GoTeam's internal standards.

• Architect and enforce standardized project workflows and governance frameworks.
• Execute Agile ceremonies (Daily Standups, Sprint Planning, Retrospectives) with uncompromising discipline.
• Manage high-stakes project budgets and resource allocations to maximize internal efficiency.

Cross-Functional Alignment

You transform siloed department tasks into a singular, synchronized movement toward company goals.

• Proactively identify and mitigate cross-departmental dependencies and bottlenecks.
• Act as the primary bridge between technical teams and operational leadership to maintain clarity.
• Standardize internal communication channels to eliminate noise and ensure status transparency.

Process Architecture & Optimization

You act as the guardian of operational continuity, converting ad-hoc activities into repeatable, scalable SOPs.

• Audit existing project workflows and implement AI-enabled tools to accelerate execution.
• Conduct formal post-mortems and root-cause analyses to drive continuous improvement.
• Design and track project-specific KPIs and OKRs that provide leadership with real-time visibility.
