You're Likely a Strong Fit If You Have:
- 510+ years of project management experience, preferably leading cross-functional initiatives
- Proven ability to manage complex, multi-team projects with predictable delivery and measurable outcomes
- Hands-on experience with Agile/Scrum ceremonies and standardized project governance
- Comfortable in a hybrid setup (onsite in Cebu with planned WFH days)
- Strong leadership presence to enforce processes, maintain clarity, and proactively manage dependencies
- Experience integrating AI-enabled tools to support project execution efficiency
- Structured, disciplined, and execution-focused mindset, avoiding reactive firefighting
