We're Hiring: Senior Oracle EBS Financials Functional Consultant (Lead)
We are looking for an experienced Oracle EBS Financials Consultant to lead financial system implementations and localization initiatives, with a strong focus on Philippine compliance and regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities- Lead requirements gathering and validation with stakeholders
- Design and implement Oracle EBS Financials solutions
- Configure core modules: GL, AP, AR, FA (if applicable), and CM
- Oversee Philippine localization setup (VAT, withholding tax, BIR requirements)
- Support SIT/UAT and ensure successful system deployment
- Prepare documentation for system certification and compliance
- Collaborate closely with regional stakeholders, including Singapore HQ
- Support onboarding of new legal entities into a centralized EBS environment
Qualifications- 8–12+ years of Oracle EBS Financials experience (R12)
- Strong hands-on experience in GL, AP, AR, CM (FA is a plus)
- Proven experience in Philippine localization:
- Withholding tax configuration
- VAT setup
- BIR reporting, Alphalist / SLSP
- Experience in system certification or compliance support
- Background in onboarding entities into shared/centralized systems
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
