A SNAPSHOT OF YOUR ROLE

As a Sr.Operations Manager, you will lead a high-performing team supporting a 24/7 campaign, ensuring round-the-clock excellence in service delivery. You will oversee strategic and daily operations in a contact center environment, driving team performance, compliance, client satisfaction, and continuous improvement. You'll be responsible for managing people, technology, and processes to meet KPIs while delivering a seamless customer experience.

Your Day-to-day Tasks Include

  • Defining and implementing operational strategies, including capacity planning, needs assessments, performance reviews, and cost-benefit analyses
  • Developing and maintaining customer interaction systems, voice networks, and user interfaces
  • Monitoring performance and leading initiatives to improve call center productivity, system functionality, and service quality
  • Managing workforce responsibilities such as recruitment, onboarding, coaching, performance reviews, and policy compliance
  • Developing and maintaining scheduling systems and compensation planning aligned with business goals
  • Preparing annual budgets, analyzing financial variances, and initiating cost optimization measures
  • Collecting, analyzing, and summarizing operational data to generate performance reports and insights
  • Coordinating with technical teams on equipment evaluation, upgrades, and preventive maintenance programs
  • Staying ahead of industry trends through workshops, publications, networking, and benchmarking
  • Taking ownership of projects and driving innovation and added value through leadership

a Bit About You

  • At least 5 years of experience in operations management, team leadership, or a related role
  • Strong leadership capability with a track record of driving performance and engagement
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel (LOOKUP, Pivot Tables, etc.)
  • Experience with operations management tools and workforce platforms
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Self-motivated, highly organized, and able to manage multiple priorities
  • Willingness to support a 24/7 operational environment and adapt to flexible work hours
  • Thrives in fast-paced, high-pressure work environments
