Job Summary
The Senior Web Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing the day to day operations of web production programs and ensuring successful delivery of client requirements. This role works closely with client representatives, Operations Managers, and internal teams to drive operational efficiency, manage performance, and ensure quality execution of web and creative projects. The position also leads strategic planning and supports team development through coaching and leadership.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee daily operational activities of assigned programs and ensure alignment with client requirements and delivery timelines.
Coordinate with client representatives and internal teams to ensure efficient use of manpower, systems, and processes.
Develop strategic plans and execute operational initiatives together with Operations Managers and the Operations Head.
Implement and maintain an effective performance management system by setting goals, monitoring progress, and conducting performance reviews.
Provide direction and guidance to Operations Managers to ensure operational efficiency and consistent service delivery.
Review the performance of Operations Managers and team members and provide coaching and development support.
Identify opportunities for process improvement and recommend policies, procedures, and systems that support business goals.
Ensure proper planning, execution, and delivery of web and creative production projects.
Monitor program milestones and ensure operational targets are achieved.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in any four year course is preferred. In its absence, at least 2 years of experience in a Senior Manager role is required.
Experience Working With The Duda Platform Is Highly Preferred.
Background in web development with understanding of website production workflows.
Knowledge of graphic design processes is an advantage.
Strong Leadership Skills With Experience Managing And Coaching Teams.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Experience in operations management, organizational effectiveness, and production delivery.
Knowledge of business and management principles and practices.
Preferably with previous experience in a digital agency, creative production environment, or BPO handling web and design projects.
Strong information technology and digital tools proficiency.
