Position Overview
● The Senior Designer is an individual contributor role responsible for translating iQor's and our clients visual identities into physical spaces across global locations. This includes site branding, environmental design, and facility updates that reflect current brand standards. The role requires someone who can work independently while managing relationships across multiple departments and stakeholder levels. This position reports to the Creative Director.
Core Responsibilities:
● Own the end-to-end execution of site branding and environmental design projects across iQor global locations — from concept through installation.
● Develop design assets for client visit experiences, signage, wayfinding, and facility updates in line with iQor and the client's brand guidelines.
● Design marketing and sales materials, including pitch decks and presentation assets, for internal and external use.
● Coordinate directly with Facilities, Procurement, Finance, Compliance, PMO, and other relevant departments to move projects forward.
● Manage external vendors and suppliers, overseeing timelines, deliverables, and quality of output.
● Present design concepts and project updates to senior leadership and C-suite stakeholders as needed.
● Contribute to broader Marketing team output when required, including digital and print assets.
Nice to Have
● Experience coordinating client visit logistics alongside design execution.
● Familiarity with procurement and vendor management for large-scale signage or fit-out projects.
Qualifications:
● Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, Graphic Design, or a related field.
● At least 5–7 years of professional design experience, with a portfolio that spans both environmental/spatial design and graphic design.
● Demonstrated experience designing sales and marketing decks for corporate or client-facing use.
● Proven ability to manage cross-functional projects and communicate effectively with senior stakeholders.
● Proficient in Canva and Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop).
● Must be able to present a design portfolio.
