You own the visual execution of digital, social, and publishing content, translating brand requirements into high-impact assets for a global media audience. Your work involves a high volume of production across static, digital, motion-enhanced assets, and flat-lay designs, ensuring every output aligns with established publisher standards and catalog requirements.

This is not a remote freelance role. You operate within a structured onsite team in Cebu, collaborating directly with client-aligned leads to meet defined sprint cycles and delivery queues. Best suited for designers who thrive in organized environments, value clear creative briefs over ambiguity, and take pride in precise, scalable design execution.

YOU'RE LIKELY A STRONG FIT IF YOU HAVE

• 2–6 years of professional graphic design experience delivering digital and social media content.
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator) and After Effects or motion design tools
• Previous experience working within defined brand systems and documented review cycles for international clients.
• Absolute willingness to work 100% onsite in Cebu IT Park on a fixed day shift schedule.

• Portfolio demonstrating a mix of social, digital, and publishing design (e.g., social content, banners, catalogs, or presentation assets).
• Experience working in publishing, media, or content-heavy environments with structured workflows.
• Ability to work independently from concept to final export with minimal supervision.

RESPONSIBILITY PILLARS

Digital & Social Asset Production

You own the visual heartbeat of the brand's social presence, ensuring content is optimized for platform-specific engagement and aesthetic consistency.

• Create original templates and assets from concept to final execution.
• Create motion-enhanced assets and occasional video/animation content using After Effects or similar tools.
• Deliver flat-lay designs and static assets aligned with publisher standards.
• Produce high-volume design outputs, including banners, catalogs, and publishing assets across multiple markets.

Brand Consistency & Standards

You act as the guardian of the client's visual identity, ensuring every piece of collateral reinforces global brand trust.

• Execute designs within strictly defined brand guidelines and documented workflows.
• Maintain a high level of accuracy to minimize revision cycles and delivery delays.
• Update and manage a library of assets to ensure scalability across teams.
