Job Summary
Supports the Design Manager in overseeing the development, coordination, and evaluation of design outputs for projects. Ensures accuracy, quality, and timely delivery of design documentation in compliance with company standards and regulatory requirements, while collaborating with internal teams and external consultants.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate with consultants and internal teams; review drawings, specifications, and documentation
- Ensure completeness, accuracy, and timely submission of design documents
- Safeguard design intent and secure necessary approvals across all project phases
- Lead design coordination meetings and resolve design conflicts with stakeholders
- Liaise with consultants, suppliers, and specialists for technical requirements
- Provide timely updates and feedback to ensure alignment across teams
- Support site and technical discussions to address design issues
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or related field
- Licensed Architect
- 3–5 years of experience in a design firm or real estate/design management role
- Strong knowledge of building codes and ability to interpret architectural and engineering plans
- High attention to detail and quality assurance
- Proficient in CAD; working knowledge of Photoshop and Microsoft Office
