Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, implement, and oversee comprehensive marketing and content strategies aligned with business objectives
  • Co-manage content direction and execution in close collaboration with the Content Lead to ensure strategic consistency and high-quality output
  • Lead, supervise, and mentor a small marketing team.
  • Provide clear, constructive, and growth-oriented feedback, fostering skill development and confidenceespecially among younger team members.
  • Demonstrate strong emotional intelligence in managing diverse personalities, work styles, and experience levels.
  • Guide the Marketing Assistant in task execution, prioritization, and professional development
  • Ensure brand consistency across all marketing channels, including digital, social media, and campaign materials.
  • Review, refine, and approve marketing and content outputs to maintain quality and alignment with brand standards.
  • Monitor campaign performance, analyze data and insights, and recommend optimizations for continuous improvement.
  • Encourage collaboration, creativity, and accountability within the marketing team.
  • Stay informed on emerging marketing trends, platforms, and technologies, including AI-driven tools.
  • Utilize modern marketing and AI tools to improve efficiency, creativity, and strategic decision-making

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 6 years of experience in marketing strategy, brand marketing, or a related senior marketing role.
  • Proven experience leading and managing creative, multimedia, or content-driven teams.
  • Strong background in content strategy, digital marketing, and integrated campaign planning.
  • Demonstrated ability to provide constructive feedback and coach team members effectively.
  • High level of emotional intelligence with the ability to mentor and motivate younger professionals.
  • Comfortable and open to using AI tools for content creation, analytics, ideation, and workflow optimization.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously
