What You'll Do:
- Lead KOL and partnership strategies, including influencer scouting, negotiation, and campaign management to strengthen Skintific's online presence.
- Develop and execute localized marketing campaigns across digital, social, and PR channels aligned with regional brand goals.
- Create strategic content and briefing decks to guide influencer collaborations and ensure consistent brand storytelling.
- Oversee product launch planning and go-to-market execution, collaborating with cross-functional and regional teams.
- Monitor campaign performance, market trends, and competitor activities to optimize strategies and maximize ROI.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in brand, influencer, or digital marketing, preferably in beauty, skincare, or FMCG.
- Strong negotiation, partnership management, and content strategy skills.
- Deep understanding of the Philippine KOL and digital landscape with proven campaign success.
- Creative, analytical, and results-driven; must be willing to work onsite in BGC.
