What You'll Do:
- Adapt and implement Glad2Glow's regional brand strategy to the Philippine market
- Plan and manage end-to-end marketing campaigns (digital, social, KOLs, PR, offline).
- Lead product launches from positioning to go-to-market execution.
- Build and manage relationships with influencers, dermatologists, and skincare communities.
- Conduct research to understand market trends, competitor activities, and evolving consumer behavior.
- Track brand performance, campaign ROI, and manage the marketing budget effectively.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- Has 3 to 5 years of brand marketing experience, preferably in beauty, skincare, or FMCG.
- Strong understanding of the Philippine consumer market and campaign management.
- Creative, analytical, and results-driven; must be willing to work onsite in Makati.
