We are looking for an accomplished
Senior HR Manager to lead and shape all aspects of Human Resources in a dynamic, professional services environment. You will be responsible for building a strong employer brand, driving employee engagement, and ensuring long-term retention in a fast-paced, growth-oriented organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the full HR function: recruitment, onboarding, performance management, compensation & benefits, training & development, and HR operations.
- Develop and execute employer branding strategies to attract top talent in a competitive market
- Drive employee engagement and relations initiatives to foster a high-performing and positive work culture.
- Provide strategic HR guidance to leadership, aligning workforce strategies with business growth objectives.
- Design programs to enhance employee satisfaction, development, and long-term retention.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology or any related field
- Master's degree or relevant HR certification is highly preferred
- 10 to 12 years of progressive HR experience with at least 3-5 years in a leadership or managerial role in a professional services, consultancy, or similar fast-paced environment.
- Strong track record in employer branding, talent acquisition, and employee relations.
- In-depth knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices in the Philippines.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
