HR & Admin Head

About the Role
We're looking for an experienced and strategic HR & Admin Head to lead our people and administrative functions. This role is a key partner to the CEO and Leadership Team, driving a strong company culture, ensuring compliance, and building scalable HR systems to support business growth.
What You'll Do
- Lead Recruitment & Talent Acquisition: Oversee end-to-end hiring to ensure quality and timely fulfillment of manpower needs
- Drive Succession Planning: Develop talent pipelines and leadership development programs to ensure business continuity
- Oversee Payroll & Compensation: Manage payroll processing, salary adjustments, and benefits administration with accuracy and compliance
- Strengthen Employee Retention: Implement engagement, wellness, and retention strategies to reduce attrition and improve employee satisfaction
- Lead employee lifecycle processes: onboarding, performance management, and offboarding
- Ensure full compliance with Philippine labor laws and government requirements (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG)
- Handle employee relations, grievances, and disciplinary actions
- Develop and implement HR policies, SOPs, and organizational strategies
- Manage administrative functions including facilities, procurement, and office operations
- Partner with leadership to align people strategies with business goals
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Psychology, Business, or related field
- 8–10+ years of HR experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role
- Strong experience in recruitment, succession planning, payroll, and employee retention
- Solid knowledge of Philippine labor laws and compliance
- Experience handling payroll and government statutory requirements
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Experience in multi-site or fast-paced environments is a plus
