We are looking for an experienced HR Manager to join our growing organization and take a key role in strengthening and leading our Human Resources function.

As HR Manager, you will oversee core HR functions including end-to-endrecruitment, employee relations, performance management, labor compliance, and HR systems development, while working closely with leadership and department heads to support organizational growth.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end recruitment and workforce planning
- Strengthen employee relations and workplace engagement
- Develop and implement HR policies, systems, and processes
- Support performance management and KPI implementation
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and HR standards
- Collaborate with leadership to align HR with business goals
- Contribute to building a structured and scalable HR function
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.
- 5–8+ years of progressive HR experience in managerial or lead roles.
- Strong experience in recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and HR policy development.
- Solid understanding of Philippine labor laws, HR compliance, and DOLE regulations.
- Experience in HR systems, workforce planning, or organizational development initiatives.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
- High integrity, emotional maturity, and ability to handle sensitive employee matters with sound judgment.
- Willing to work on-site in Pasig City.
