Job Description

  • Lead end-to-end execution of digital marketing initiatives across paid, owned, and earned channels, including SEO, paid media, email/CRM, social platforms, content, and digital touchpoints, ensuring campaigns are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned to business priorities.
  • Own performance oversight and optimization, translating campaign data into actionable insights to improve ROI, efficiency, and customer engagement across the full funnel (awareness conversion revenue)
  • Act as a strategic partner to cross-functional teams, collaborating closely with Brand Marketing, Sales, Product, Operations, and external partners to ensure consistent messaging, accurate execution, and seamless customer journeys.
  • Provide leadership, coaching, and direc tion to the digital marketing team, setting clear expectations, driving accountability, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement, operational excellence, and data-driven decision-making.
  • Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies that support overall business objectives, revenue targets, and brand positioning, translating high-level goals into executable channel plans and measurable KPIs.
  • Manage digital marketing budgets and forecasting, ensuring effective allocation of spend across channels, maintaining cost efficiency, and optimizing investments based on performance, seasonality, and business priorities.
  • Monitor, analyze, and report on key performance metrics, including traffic quality, conversion rates, cost efficiency, and revenue contribution, providing regular insights and recommendations to senior stakeholders.
  • Ensure operational rigor and governance, including adherence to tracking standards, data accuracy, platform best practices, brand guidelines, and regulatory or compliance requirements relevant to digital marketing activities.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, platform changes, and emerging technologies, proactively identifying opportunities to improve performance, adopt new tools, and future-proof the organization's digital capabilities.
  • Oversee relationships with external agencies and vendors, providing clear strategic direction, reviewing outputs, ensuring deliverables meet quality and performance standards, and expediting campaigns aligned with the brand's overall objectives.
  • Drive continuous optimization and innovation, identifying gaps in the digital funnel, testing new approaches, and implementing improvements that enhance customer experience and business outcomes.

Qualifications:

  • At least 10 years of Digital Marketing experience.
  • Strategic Digital Leadership: Ability to translate business objectives into integrated, full-funnel digital strategies that drive revenue, efficiency, and brand growth.
  • Performance & Data Acumen: Strong analytical capability to interpret campaign performance, optimize ROI, and make data-driven decisions across channels.
  • Cross-Functional & Stakeholder Management: Proven ability to collaborate with Brand, Product, Sales, and external partners to ensure aligned execution and cohesive messaging.
  • People & Team Leadership: Experience leading, coaching, and developing digital teams with clear accountability and continuous improvement mindset.
  • Budget & Commercial Discipline: Demonstrated capability in managing budgets, forecasting spend, and optimizing resources to meet performance and efficiency targets.
  • Operational Excellence & Governance: High attention to detail in execution, tracking integrity, compliance, and process rigor across all digital initiatives.
  • Agency & Vendor Management: Strong ability to direct, evaluate, and hold external partners accountable to strategic and performance
