RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop, implement, and optimize performance marketing strategies across Meta, Google, TikTok, and other high-potential channels.
- Manage and optimize $2030k monthly paid media spend to achieve CAC, ROAS, and LTV targets.
- Lead end-to-end campaign execution, including audience segmentation, creative briefing, ad buying, optimization, and scaling.
- Recommend and test new channels (e.g., YouTube, Pinterest, affiliates) and growth tactics to expand reach and revenue.
- Produce weekly reporting and insights for the Head of E-Commerce, covering CAC, ROAS, subscription conversion rates, retention, CTR, and spend efficiency.
- Collaborate closely with the design team to brief and iterate creative assets, ensuring performance-driven testing.
- Liaise with Shopify developer and freelance partners where needed to ensure smooth execution of campaigns, landing pages, and checkout flows.
- Establish processes, frameworks, and benchmarks for future hires as the performance marketing function scales.
Key Requirements (Skills & Experience)
- 5+ years of proven experience in performance marketing with a strong track record of scaling D2C e-commerce brands (preferably in health, wellness, or supplements).
- Deep knowledge of Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, GA4, and other performance platforms.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into action.
- Demonstrated ability to manage significant monthly media budgets ($20k+) with measurable ROI improvements.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to present performance insights clearly.
- Strategic and hands-on comfortable driving the big picture as well as executing the details.
- Experience mentoring or managing junior marketers a plus.
