Senior Infrastructure Consultant ( MS Entra ID/Azure Active Directory)
Responsibilities:
As Senior IT Infrastructure Consultant, you will focus on ensuring that the client's core IT infrastructure is robust, secure and scalable with a particular emphasis on managing and optimizing Microsoft Entra ID, Active Directory, DNS, PKI and Exchange Online.
Infrastructure Side:
- Design, deploy and maintain Hybrid Active Directory infrastructure, including Domain Controllers, Group Policies and Entra ID interfacing services, as well as its overall security hardening
- Design and maintain messaging platforms based on Exchange Online and AWS SES
- Design, deploy and maintain internal and external DNS infrastructure, based on Active Directory and AWS Route 53and its overall security hardening
- Design, deploy and maintain Enterprise PKI and its overall security hardening
- Design, deploy and maintain Entra ID and its overall IdP features
- Design, management and hardening of Windows Server product
- Participate and support the transition of existing on-premise infrastructure to AWS cloud services
Automation Side:
- Develop and maintain scripts and automation tools to streamline infrastructure management and deployment processes, mainly based on PowerShell and Service-Now.
- Identify opportunities for automation to improve efficiency and reduce manual intervention
- Implement automated monitoring solutions to proactively identify and resolve issues Support & Collaborate
- Provide second and third level support for infrastructure-related incidents and service requests.
- Work closely and collaborate with other IT and cross-functional teams, including network, security and application teams, to ensure seamless integration &operation of infrastructure components
Minimum Skills and Experience Required:
- Bachelor's or master's degree in Information Systems and/or Computer Science
- Demonstrated experience as an IT infrastructure Engineer, preferably in the financial industry and international setting (7+ years experience in a similar role)
- Demonstrated experience in being part of and leading projects focused on subject technologies
- Solid knowledge of Windows Server OS management, deployment, hardening, configuration and troubleshooting
- Solid knowledge of VMWare vSphere, PKI infrastructure, concepts & deployments, networking and security concepts
- Solid understanding and practical experience of ITSM/ITIL
- Strong skills in personal organization, prioritization, project management and complex problem solving
- Strong interpersonal skills who enjoy working in a fast-paced environment ·
- Strong presentation skills and ability to present and sell her/his ideas/projects to senior stakeholders
- Strong critical thinking skills to understand business pain points and propose effective solutions
