About the Role
We are looking for a highly driven Client Partner to lead and grow strategic enterprise accounts focused on Cloud Transformation, Data Modernization, and Generative AI solutions powered by AWS.
This is a high-impact client-facing role for someone who enjoys building executive relationships, driving business growth, and leading complex digital transformation programs. You will serve as a trusted advisor to clients while partnering closely with AWS and internal delivery teams to bring innovative solutions to market.

Key Responsibilities
Client Relationship & Account Growth
- Own and manage one or more strategic enterprise client accounts.
- Build trusted relationships with C-level leaders, business stakeholders, and technology decision-makers.
- Identify new business opportunities across Cloud, Data, Analytics, and GenAI initiatives.
- Drive account expansion, renewals, and long-term partnership growth.
- Lead executive business reviews, governance meetings, and value realization discussions.
Engagement & Delivery Leadership
- Oversee multiple client programs including cloud migration, data modernization, and AI transformation initiatives.
- Partner with Solution Architects, Delivery Leads, and Engineering teams to ensure successful execution.
- Serve as the primary escalation point for client and internal stakeholders.
- Ensure delivery milestones, timelines, and outcomes are aligned to client expectations.
Commercial Management
- Own account-level revenue targets, margin performance, and growth plans.
- Manage Statements of Work (SOWs), pricing discussions, renewals, and commercial negotiations.
- Maintain healthy sales pipeline and accurate forecasting.
- Work closely with internal leadership and AWS teams on opportunity conversion.
Strategic Partnerships & Go-to-Market
- Collaborate with AWS partner teams on joint opportunities and market initiatives.
- Support proposal creation, solution positioning, and RFP responses.
- Help shape client transformation roadmaps tied to measurable business outcomes.
Qualifications
Required Experience
- 7+ years of experience in IT consulting, technology services, enterprise sales, or client account management.
- Proven success managing large enterprise accounts and multi-million peso engagements.
- Strong stakeholder management experience with senior business and IT leaders.
- Experience owning revenue growth, renewals, or commercial performance.
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Preferred Background
- Exposure to AWS, Cloud Services, Data Platforms, AI/GenAI, or Digital Transformation programs.
- Experience in Banking, Financial Services, Telecom, or large enterprise sectors.
- Familiarity with TCO, ROI, business cases, or transformation value frameworks.
- AWS Cloud Practitioner or related certifications are a plus.
- MBA or postgraduate studies is an advantage.
