Position Summary
The Senior Human Resource Generalist plays a key role in managing and executing core human resources functions across the organization. This role is responsible for employee lifecycle management, HR operations, policy implementation, and providing strategic HR support to leadership and employees.
As an HR advocate, you will serve as a primary point of contact for employees and management, ensuring compliance, operational efficiency, and a positive employee experience. You will also support initiatives that foster engagement, strengthen company culture, and drive employee retention and performance.
Key Responsibilities
HR Business Partner Support
- Partner with leadership to provide HR guidance and support organizational objectives.
- Address employee concerns and provide HR advisory support.
Exit Interviews
- Conduct and analyze exit interviews to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
Personnel File Management
- Maintain accurate and compliant employee 201 files and HR documentation.
Employee Engagement
- Plan and execute employee engagement initiatives that strengthen workplace culture.
Onboarding & pre-onboarding
- Manage seamless onboarding experiences for new hires, including documentation and orientation.
Timekeeping & Attendance
- Monitor employee attendance, leaves, and scheduling to ensure accurate reporting.
Documentation & Reporting
- Prepare HR reports, maintain policy documentation, and support HR compliance activities.
Policy Development & Revision
- Develop, review, and update HR policies and procedures to ensure alignment with business needs and compliance with labor laws and best practices.
Performance Management
- Support and manage performance review processes, including goal setting, evaluations, performance improvement plans (PIPs), and employee development initiatives.
Labor Relations Support
- Assist in handling labor-related matters, including employee grievances, disciplinary actions, and coordination on labor cases, ensuring compliance with applicable labor laws and company policies.
Must-Have Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- 4–5 years of hands-on HR experience
- Strong knowledge of HR policies, labor laws, and compliance requirements
- Excellent organizational, analytical, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
