Job Responsibilities:
The roles duties and responsibilities will include but not limited to the following:
- Developing, maintaining, and enhancing Apex New Zealand's software systems including:
- Writing software to solve business problems.
- Maintain software development standards.
- Contributing to refinement sessions to promote the best possible solutions.
- Ensuring data integrity and security within the system
- Promoting best practice software development standards
- Delivering Quality maintaining quality by contributing to the testing framework, always striving to leave the code base better.
- Ability to perform code reviews.
- Ability to Provide technical mentorship to the other team members.

- Strong problem-solving, collaboration, and communication skills
- Sound knowledge of frameworks, software development methodologies, and approaches
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills to liaise with internal and external stakeholders.
Required Skills:
The ideal candidate will bring strong knowledge and demonstrable experience in modern software engineering practices including:
- .Net Ecosystem (Framework and Core)
- C#, Entity Framework, SQL
- Experience with XUnit or NUnit, Jest
- Experience with JavaScript, Typescript, CSS, Design Tokens
- Experience with Angular and React (Latest Versions)
- Experience with Tailwind
- Experience with Design Systems like Storybook
- Problem-solving skills to analyze and fix technical issues.
- Familiar with iterative development practices like Scrum or Kanban.
- Docker, Terraform and Kubernetes
Beneficial Skills:
