Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Service Representative Tax Specialist to join our Sales Tax Operations team. The ideal candidate should possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, as well as a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls related to sales tax inquiries and issues
  • Provide accurate and timely responses to customer concerns regarding tax filings, payments, and compliance
  • Support clients with document submissions and data validation
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve discrepancies and ensure accurate reporting

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, or a related field
  • At least 6 months of accounting/financial experience, particularly in the BPO, and preferably has worked with taxation and bookkeeping (Quickbooks, Zero, Xerox, etc.)
  • Strong verbal and written communication and customer service skills
  • Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Must have a stable internet connection and a conducive WFH setup
