You own the financial planning, forecasting, and modeling functions for a U.S.-based partner, acting as a strategic architect of informed executive decision-making. Your work involves building complex financial models, performing deep-dive variance analyses, and ensuring every report aligns strictly with U.S. GAAP standards to drive global growth objectives.

This is not a passive accounting role. You operate as a Strategic Finance Partner within a fast-paced manufacturing context, bridging the gap between raw financial data and actionable executive insights. Best suited for seasoned analysts who thrive on high-level autonomy, value rigorous analytical discipline, and prefer high-stakes problem-solving over routine bookkeeping.

YOU'RE LIKELY A STRONG FIT IF YOU HAVE

• Minimum 5+ years of progressive experience in Financial Planning & Analysis
• Strong understanding of US GAAP principles and practices
• Advanced proficiency in financial modeling and forecasting methodologies
• Experience with budgeting support, forecasting, and variance analysis
• Ability to communicate complex financial data to executive leadership

STRONG SIGNALS

• Experience in a manufacturing environment with either continuous or discrete processes
• Familiarity with NetSuite ERP or similar financial systems
• Proven track record of presenting financial insights to senior stakeholders

• Perform detailed variance analyses to identify operational trends and financial risks.
• Deliver tailored financial insights that align with company-wide growth objectives.
• Collaborate with globally distributed finance leadership to stabilize reporting workflows.

Stakeholder Coordination & Reporting

You own the flow of informationtranslating numbers into narratives for senior leadership.

• Present financial insights and reports to senior stakeholders with authority and clarity.
• Provide real-time support to U.S.-based teams during active business hours.
